Tidy Pets Pooper Scoopers – Pet Waste Removal Technician/Tidy Technician
Tidy Pets Pooper Scoopers is a locally owned and operated, growing small business. We are adding self-motivated, independent dog lovers to join our highly rated team! Most of our work is in a quiet outdoor environment, with the greatest emphasis placed on excellent customer service and strong attention to detail. Most of our work will be in private residential properties, larger commercial properties, and pet-friendly outdoor events.
Our Pooper Scoopers work independently driving around in company vehicles visiting our clients’ grounds and keeping them poop-free. We work in all-weather conditions outdoors and offer a relaxing way to get your steps in while you keep our client’s yards clean and sanitary for them to enjoy.
Primary duties:
Operate our company vehicle to drive to and from our clients’ location.
Remove Pet Waste from client’s premises and place in their trash bins. (we will provide paid training and all supplies (water sprayer, rake, dust bin, aquatainer, etc.)).
Occasionally interact with clients and their dogs including giving out Tidy Pets treat bags and birthday goodies. \
Schedule:
Flexible schedule, working 4-6 hours per day with the potential for more.
17-20 hours per week.
MON/WED/FRI with the additional opportunities for additional hours.
Compensation:
Pay range of $1,000-1,050/Month to Start (Includes $15 Cell Reimbursement/Up to $50 Health Insurance Reimbursement If Applicable).
Earnings can increase for working very efficiently, high-quality work. Work is paid at the starting rate of $8.50 per yard with yards taking 10-30 minutes each to clean.
20% bonus on new client referrals.
100% Client gratuity after processing fees.
Ideal Candidates:
Dog lovers who enjoy helping others by being a poop-scooping superhero! We see many wet noses and happy tail wags! Some visits may have a dog present in the yard but in many cases you will be working independently.
Comfortable driving 20-50 miles each workday depending on where you live and the area covered.
Must have a FLORIDA DRIVER’S LICENSE and a CLEAN DRIVING RECORD.
Must PASS BACKGROUND and DRUG SCREENING.
Walk 2-4 miles outdoors daily depending on the size of the yards. A fun way to get your steps in! We work in a stress-free work environment, you can listen to your favorite music, podcast, or audiobook.
Love dogs/pets and the outdoors, lift up to 20/25 pounds, have a clean driving record (not more than one moving violation in the past 18 months, and no DUIs), pass a background check, and work independently.
